Mona Farghaly is the Founder and CEO of MASE Home Health Care Inc.
Mona believes that a 360-degree approach is critical to serving the agency’s aging and disabled clients, wherever they choose to call home.
Having experienced the joys and challenges of caring for her own aging family members, Mona founded MASE Home Health Care Inc. to offer the right caregiver match and thorough attention to each client’s needs. She considers her career path unique because she gets to work and collaborate with many different healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, substance abuse counselors, therapists, and others.
In addition to Mona’s personal journey with aging loved ones and the experiences of being a Pharmacist Operation Manager in a mental health facility, she hold a PharmD, MBA, PMP and CSSGB. Mona utilize her education, experience and background to exceed both her clients and their families needs.
